Meet Us

Hi! My name is Ritchie Gee and I've been running the Tennessee Club since it's beginning, over 22 years ago at the White Hart, Tottenham. It moved to The Stables for a while and now has it's new home here at Oakwood.

This is one of my favourite photos, taken not long ago whilst I was chauffeuring the legendary Sam Phillips of Sun Records around London in my Lincoln Continental (Bill Blass Special edition).

Classic American cars are one of my main interests and the Tennessee Club's new location has plenty of space for anyone to bring their USA, Kustom, Hot Rod or UK Classic cars along for us all to admire.

Wildcat Pete is another one of the popular RnR DJs that regularly hosts the turntables for us	Our resident MC for a long time was Kav Kavanagh, who introduced our top acts on stage and helped to make sure everything ran smoothly. He's a European Jive Champion, among his other claims to fame.

Cosmic Keith is one of our regular DJs and plays some hot wax when it's his turn on the decks	Frank is one of the regular Tennessee Club team, another member of the Edwardian Drape Society, and is often the first face you meet at the door
